Getting Purchases on All Your Devices
Triode uses iCloud to sync your subscriptions and purchases across all devices. If you're having problems, here are a few things to try:
- If you're seeing a "Start a Free Trial..." button in the app, press the button and then "Restore Purchase". If there is previous purchase on the App Store, it will be restored and synced to your other devices with iCloud.
- If you see "Your Favorites" and high-quality artwork on one platform (like iOS) but not on another (like macOS), try to "Refresh iCloud Data". On iOS, this button is in the Settings screen. On macOS, it's in the File menu (or use the keyboard shortcut Cmd-R.)
Also, make sure you have iCloud enabled and are logged in with the same account on all devices.
