Getting Purchases on All Your Devices
Triode uses iCloud to sync your existing subscriptions and purchases across all devices. If you're having problems, with a particular platform here are a few things to try:
• Update to the latest version of Triode on the App Store for the platform that's having problems and launch it.
• If you're seeing a "Start a Free Trial..." button in the app, press the button and then "Restore Purchase". If there is previous purchase on the App Store, it will be restored and synced to your other devices with iCloud.
• If you see "Your Favorites" and high-quality artwork on one platform (like iOS) but not on another (like macOS), try to "Refresh iCloud Data". On iOS, this button is in the Settings screen. On macOS, it's in the File menu (or use the keyboard shortcut Cmd-R.) On tvOS, this function is in System Settings > Apps > Triode.
In Triode 2.0, favorites and high quality artwork will disappear until you launch the app on the platform where you originally made the purchase or subscription. This is a one-time occurrence. We recommend updating to and launching Triode 2.0 on all your devices, including Mac, iPhones, and Apple TVs to sort things out.
Also, make sure you have iCloud enabled and are logged in with the same account on all devices.
